This is my biggest peeve in healthcare.
"We charge a $50 fee for late arrivals but we're going to be playing with our dicks in the hall closet for half an hour before we even call you back there."
Last time I waited 45 minutes before they called me back there, and I told them I would be invoicing them for a late fee. I got in for free.
Two way street, motherfricker.

I have one Dr that I spend no less than 4 hours at his office.
