I try to read personalities as a hobby. And I don't get amiable vibes from KA. I'm really not piling on to my previous criticisms of him when I say that. It will be interesting to see if he can develop better staff continuity than his predecessor.
Eta: my first huge red flag with Haith was when he hired an assistant coach after the first year and the coach was gone in almost literally a day. Either decided it was a bad idea or someone called him and said "GTFO" or he just got a better job.

I don't know if it's either a good or bad vibe thing from either one. You have to figure that Fuller was heavily relied upon by Haith during his run here. Haith couldn't coach his way out a paper bag with a frick'n map. KA is an x's and o's coach and can coach diminishing Fullers role in hands on coaching during a game. That and their styles and approaches may just be clashing. My speculation.
