That's because they already won their bowl game, right?

I'm glad he said it and I hope someone leaves the quote on Cam Cameron's desk in bold lettering. I've felt like Cameron was more interested in developing a QB than a "great offense" for a QB to play in. Maybe he will finally get it.

You guys sure this is about Cameron?

It's so good, even his mediocre defense was able to stop it.

Why shouldn't he be? Sans 2013, the offense has done nothing but tire out his defenses

Dumb. We were top 5 in TOP this year. We controlled the ball for almost 40 min a game. In two big stand out Chavis failures-Bama 12, Bama 14. We had the ball for 38 or more minutes. In 12 we gave up a two minute touchdown drive before the end of the first half and the end of the second half. In 14 everyone knows that failure.

Texas A&M was in the 100s.

Yeah mediocre at best--unless you think games like being down 38-0 AT THE HALF to a 4-4 Auburn is stellar in your world.

Did you even watch that putrid display against a Horrible ND offense yesterday? How bout that good old 3rd and Chavis giving up YET another game on the final drive?

Yeah that's what I figured.

Would that be kind of great offense that featured Payton Manning. Those were some great Championships at Tennessee…oh wait they couldn't beat Florida.

Lsu fans are so salty about this guy. If you wanna blame someone for him leaving, look at Les. Chavis was your one bright spot over the great run the past few years. You can't blame him.

Chavis was not regarded as elite when he came to LSU. LSU's defense was elite before Chavis. It will be elite after Chavis. On the biggest stages since 2012 the offense has done enough to win and the defense has been the let down in just about every single big game. Our defense has done good overall but we dont have an incredible scheme and have repeated game losing breakdowns.

? Wut?

I have no idea what games you've been watching the last few years but I think you mean 3rd and Chavis was Bama's bright spot the last few.

In the last minute he gave up the National Championship to you guys in 2012.

In the last minute he gave up the SEC ( and probably all the marbles again ) to you guys this year.

and last year in Bama he didn't look like a bright spot of horse manure to me.

That bright spot at the end of the tunnel all these years always turned into the two minute drill freight train coming...

Wait. LSU had a pretty good offense in 2013. Too bad the defense sucked.

We controlled the ball but couldn't get it in the damn endzone to give us some breathing room on the scoreboard. Doesn't matter if you hold the other team to 30 yards up to that point if you can't score.
