Is it true that the CEO is a Minnesota grad? And if true, is that why the announcers are focused solely on Minnesota and their fans?

No. She is a graduate of University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, No. Dak.
The announcers might be favoring Minn. because they are playing at their best and we are playing pretty crappy.
