Me either. I had a friend who drove out to Oregon a few summers a go. He went through Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho,Utah and on to Oregon. He saw one black guy and he was from Alabama heading home from the military.

I visited Boise in 2012, nice town. I think I read the population was 96% white man with a population of 700,000.

There is an Air Force Base in Mt. Home, so I'm sure it's not segregated.

Seriously though. I had a Super Troopers moment driving back into the US from BC, they all sported mustaches and I was waiting for the meows to start. We drove through the one spot of Idaho that touches Canada.
I was with my wife, sister and mom. We gave our passports to the guys at the border. He asked normal security questions like where I am from and why I was in Canada, DOB etc. Then he said "Are you black?" I paused for a second since it seemed kinda odd. After I said no he responded with "That's a good thing right?". I could only come up with two reasons he said that. Either he assumed since I was white from GA that I must hate black people or he said it because he has never seen a black person before.
