Which new coaches do you want to see succeed/fail?

There have been multiple new hires to programs across the country (not so much the SEC), and I am curious on who people want to see succeed and who they wont to see fail? Personally I want to see Mike Riley have a lot of success at Nebraska, I cannot think of a nicer person then Mike and he has paid his dues at Oregon State over the years. Who are you rooting for or against?

99% of the time this would be my answer, but I have so much empathy for what they're going through I wish a minute amount of good luck to them.

A historic program sputtering through barely-bowl eligible seasons because of a series of poor hires after forcing out a title-winning coach. What makes you feel empathy for them?
