I hate to say it, but I agree. Thing are literally imploding before our eyes. Spurrier has become a liability at this point.

The Bear had the same issue. Became tougher to recruit when he couldn't tell players that he would be there for their entire four years. He was up against a mandatory state retirement age.

Ever thought maybe he's trying to get some security for his assistants? Perhaps the reason he's talking about 2-3 years is because USCe isn't willing to secure his assistants for him.

This has to be a joke? You are South Carolina. The only reason you are even worth talking about as a program is Steve Spurrier. You should wake up every morning thanking him for taking the job in the first place.
