Do we have a LB coach waiting in the wings or who's is a likely candidate to bring in to replace Allen?

Was sad. But then remembered the stadium expansion plans are being announced today @10. Now happy.
Seriously though he seemed like a really nice guy. Hate to see him go. I know he was involved in recruiting Leo. Does this affect that in any way?
