1. Tony got fired after an 8-5 & 7-5 season. He's going to have to compete at a higher level for job security at UH. He had it perfect at UF with a down East and all the recruits in the world and still couldn't get it done.
2. It doesn't matter what the final record is if he isa DC, It is all about how the defense fairs. Look at what a hot commodity Bud Foster is after VT having multiple not so great year.

It isn't about job security. Muschamp will always be able to get a DC job. If he wants to be a major HC again he has to take a job like Houston.
