Most likely, our overall goal will be inline with Pruitts philosophy (if someone knows the location of the last springs articles on the matter, please link them)
But I think our emphasis will be to Taylor-make routines for every individual, concentrating on balancing muslce groups in an effort to prevent injuries, but also maximizing explosiveness and power, and to shorten recovery times. (UGA bought a machine last year that shows which muscle groups are being underused and in turn which muscles are carrying to much of the load, also how to correct these deficiencies.)
If we get the right person it will show on the field big time' and on the trainers table.

Thanks. I was just curious on the sate of the program and why it was supposedly so off base.
