17-10 and a 7-6 record didn't stop y'all from spewing runny shite all over tRant for nearly a god damn year.

Why should a win over a better team and a better record stop us from doing so?

Y'all have a lot to lose now

You drop your bowl game, (which isn't that embarassing-TCU is better), and finish 9-4 and 31-17 all of a sudden becomes less effective when you're staring at our 11 inch record from 3rd place.

Meh. I'll be elated if we win but it won't upset me if we lose. What happens if we win and y'all lose? Your best season and team ever would finish with the same record as Ole Miss.

Even if we lose and y'all win, no one will ever forget that the greatest team in Mississippi State history was spanked by a beleaguered, battered, and emotionally beaten Ole Miss squad with Dr. Jekyll at QB.

We finished ahead of y'all in last year's standings and went to an equal bowl.

See, it doesn't bother me that people pick us to lose because it's a very likely possibility. Blowing us out though?

TCU or Baylor probably would have pantsed us with their passing attacks.

We're going to beat the shite out of Tech. You and I know it.

I don't think y'all will beat Georgia Tech.

Dan is 24-31 against P5 opponents bro. Maybe if y'all played OOC teams with a pulse we could get a better gauge. Plus, y'all are still reeling from the Egg Bowl whipping.

As it stands, Georgia Tech wins 34-20 because both teams trade garbage time field goals.

I would have rather played Baylor, which is likely to still be sulking at their bowl game, than TCU, which will play hard. Still, TCU will have trouble scoring on us.

If any SECw team loses, it will only because they didn't show up for the game. That will most likely be TAMU or Auburn.

Georgia Tech plays into State's strengths and they never pass the ball (122nd in passing offense). They are in trouble. All State has to do is blitz and they won't move the ball.

GT is abysmal in bowl games. Dan is 3-1 in bowls, and that one loss was due to the Russell/Perkins shite show.

That works for everyone who plays GA Tech. Just blitz all game, right?

GA Tech played a top 20 rush defense in Virginia and ran for 268 yards on them while they averaged allowing only 120 yards per game.

What about the #7 rush defense in the country, Clemson? They allow only 98 yards per game and Tech ran for 251 against them.

For the record, Mississippi State is #25 nationally against the run.

Go ahead and blitz all night

You're smarter than this HJJ. You understand football fundamentals more than this.

I'll chalk that Northwestern loss up to the fact that under Dan y'all generally lose to good teams.

You're 2-1 against P5 opponents in bowl games under Dan. One of those was the end of the Rich Rod era and the other was Wake fricking Forest. So, you're really 0-1 teams with a pulse in bowl games.

At Georgia Tech, Johnson has played LSU, #10 Iowa, Air Force, skronk Utah, USC, and the Landshark defense. With that said, he is 1-1 in bowl games against teams with a pulse.

Paul Johnson is switching from the slot-slot option offense to the Hugh Freeze spread option. Prepare thy anus.
