Oh no. Our teenagers lost at the futball.

You'll feel better if you hold your breath until you turn blue.

It doesn't seem to be the case.

I wasn't surprised losing to Auburn last year. But giving up 800 yards on the ground was ridiculous.

I wasn't surprised losing to Bama today. But giving up 42 and having no offense was ridiculous.

I never crowed so don't need to eat it now, but I have already congratulated the Bama fans!

Arguably so. I would have liked to have seen what would have happened if we had Ray after we pulled it to 8.

Team just wasn't that good. As much as they might have underperformed in this game, they might have overperformed during the course of the season.

They have got to get better players. I love our guys, but what I saw was the difference between 5* and 2* players. The 5* players are can do what the 2* players do but are twice the size and strength in the meantime.

We seem to play a poor game every time we get there.
But beating bama is always gonna be a steep hill. They get the best players every year

I agree. Disappointing. But probably just reality crashing in.

You're right on the better recruits. Their deep bench made this a mountain we couldn't climb once we let them get 14. They had 4 star guys waiting to relieve their 5 star guys. Hopefully we continue improving the recruiting. I would like to actuallywin a championship one day.

Go convince all 6'5" of Devonte Peete that he can excel at WR at Mizzou.

Go convince all 6'5" of Kalif Jackson that UF is more of a dumpster fire and will be right up until about the time he leaves. Conversely, he can help Mizzou get right back to the SECCG next year.

Go convince Beckner now is the time to commit and start working on getting others to join. A player like him could have made a difference tonight.

After that blow out it might be tough, but convince all 6'5" of Hentges that he could be a difference maker at Mizzou instead of lost in the shuffle at Bama.

Convince Raequan Williams that him and Beckner playing side by side could win a game like tonight's game.

Remind Kirkland that it has been Mizzou, not OM or UT that has been in the SEC championship game the last 2 years.

Let Doherty play baseball and anywhere he wants on the football field.

Finish strong in state with the Davis twins and call it a wrap.

That's 21 commits for the class. That would be a pretty solid class. LOVE Charles Harris, and a team can win conference championships with a player or two like that on it. But the surrounding class has to be 4/5*'s and not 2/3*'s.

I agree with every word, Reedus.

The fact is Missouri operated on half a roster this year. Maybe less when you look at the snap counts.

They have to find a way to recruit players that aren't complete drains on the roster. Or more firmly nudge those who are out the door.

Either they're going to really join the SEC or they're going to be the nice program that really tries hard.

It was somewhat respectable until Cooper converted the 3rd down and then got the 15 yd penalty for getting hit out of bounds.

After that the floodgates opened along with MIZZOU's bowels, rout was on and once again MIZZOU put on the clown suit for the last qtr of play.

I agree as well. It doesn't help the feeling seeing Ezekiel Elliot go off in his game and the mention of how both his parents went to Mizzou. Or looking at the ACC championship game and see Roderick Johnson line up as the starting LT for a playoff contender.

We saw the peak of player development with 3 star talent. This is a game that needs talented individuals on a 2 deep level within the SEC. We previously could get away with prime play makers surrounded by average players. The time is now to step up.

We held Amari Cooper to what 80 yds receiving but those 4 star TB's and WR's torched us for the rest of 420+ while those 4/5 star DL's held us to under 50 yds rushing.

It always amazes me how many 4-5* players will go to a school and be 2-3 down on the depth chart for 2-3 yrs when they would be starting at other schools.
If your good enough to play on Sunday you'll get there as long as the university has decent coaching and exposure.

He's good enough to start at LT for FSU. He's surely good enough to start for Mizzou as a true freshman. But do you think GP would have? Personally, I don't think so.

I have seen Pinkel play freshman this year so I would hope the staff would play him. But much like you Reedus I feel like they would RS him as well and use the same 2 deep.
