So, his salary is going to 3.3 mil and the extension is 2 years? Is that right?

I wish I got raises for being mediocre. Having to actually produce results is a pain.

I like it's heavy on incentives and the fact that he accepted that tells me that he thinks he will win at UT. Any coach that can recruit like him will always be a hot commodity.

Just announced that Butch has agreed to extension through 2020. Bumped up to $3.6 million...
