SEC BBALL Power Rankings Team (REC)- Summary (LW Rank)

1. UK (7-0) - Got a little test vs Providence but still won by 20 (1)

2. BAMA (5-1) Gelling as a team playing very well big road test coming (3)

3. LSU (6-2) Getting it turned around... big road win + 3 wins in a row (11)

4. Arkansas (6-1) Finally played a real team and got blasted (2)

_____________ Tourney Break Line ___________________

5. Texas A/M (5-1) Has only played one team that matters and lost but, winning (7)

6. Ole Miss (5-2) Couple of good wins but, loss at home to a good TCU (10)

7. UF (3-3) Tough losses from a tough schedule.. need to get healthy fast. (4)

8. MSU (5-1) finally played someone with a pulse and lost (5)

9. Vandy (5-2) same as MSU but with another loss (6)

___________________ N.I.T. Line _______________

10. Georgia (4-3) Can't beat solid to good teams... wins vs lil sisters (8)

11. USCe (4-3) turning it around? 2 Ws, road win vs a bad team.. but a win (14)

12. Mizzou (4-3) Squeaked out a win over SEMO.. smh (13)

13. Auburn (3-3) just not good at basketball right now.. no depth. (12)

14. UT (2-3)Tough, tough schedule and too many distractions apparently (9)

Biggest Move - LSU climbed 11 spots to #3
Biggest Drop - UT dropped 5 spots to #14
Best Win of the Week - LSU beats #16WVU on the road.
Worst loss - lots of them but a 20pt beat down of former #2 (18)Arky to (20)ISU.
Best Player not from UK: Bama's Levi Randolph

The SEC is once again going to only get 3-4 slots in the NCAAs.. early returns are not good and the land basting of the SEC by the B12 is going to further add to the SEC sucks at bball rhetoric. Very little time to turn it all around or league play will be meaningless.

What say you?

If UGA plays like they're capable, they're top 3 in conference... But NOWHERE near as good as UK even on their best night.

You won't need popcorn for me- if we continue to play like last night then we're too high. I'm not panicking because it's way too early but that was a shite show.

MSU is way too low and there is really no way for you to justify it. Other teams have losses to cupcakes and you have us below them despite us being like 41 RPI.

List is shite.

As much as I want to troll the hell out of the 'ship, Iowa State played a damn near perfect game.

With that said, how about those tigers beating UMASS by 20+ and beating #18 WVU on the road?

There were a lot of negatives. 24 turnovers is rough. I feel like a composed team (any decent composed team) would have blown WVU out of their own gym last night. They kinda sucked outside of the easy buckets they got from turnovers.

You aren't even top 50... at least not on this one.. But Bama is #2. Your schedule is crap.. and you lost to the only team that can actually play..

Havent seen State play yet. Probably need to. But it looks like you have only beaten 1 team so far with a winning record.

Grant is 6-2 vs uArk and 4-1 vs baby Nolan... why do you pigs persist in talking crap about Bama... I mean that is some ownership type stuff there my friend. Yet you all continue to disrespect our program... it's hilarious! We own you!

Which was Saint Louis, a perennial tournament team.

TCU is our only loss and they have beaten us and Ole Miss in route to their 8-0 record.

I'm not saying we're about to win the SEC, just that we are much improved from last year and will surprise people.
