Why didn't they just carry the same design as the Zone for the other endzone? That erector set crap looks like it could fall over at any time.

Completely agree. That new end zone looks cheap and rushed. No exterior facade makes it a stepchild compared to the rest of the stadium.

Combo of time, space(lack there of), seating needs, and $$$.

For various reasons that are very technical and engineer-y, it isnt feasible. To put it simply the SEZ is too close to the Bright building and the excessive amount and angle of the steel needed to support the structure isnt conducive to the facade on the rest of the exterior.
