Only a very few of the 14 schools don't appear to be participating in the facilities upgrades. I haven't seen anything about Vandy's plans, for example. Some schools don't have as much to do as others.
It's a wonderful luxury to have the money to build adequate facilities and to keep them in tip-top shape. They attract more fans, too.
