He won't got to Auburn. It's where defensive coaches go to die.

Do you really believe he will take a DC role somewhere this quickly when Florida boards are saying he will make 3Million next year sitting at home? Serious question

Will Muschamp stated he will be taking off a year to find himself. What ever that means. We shall wait and see.

Was Ellis there for a decade? Because that's how long it has been since auburn had a real defense.

You are blinded by how inept the Offense was in 2012. Rhoads had a pretty decent D, but it was to recover after other team scored a TD.

The only problem with Boom was he liked to Blitz on third and long, it resulted in a lot of third down conversions. AU only needs a good DC with Gus Offense.

thats the difference under Tubbs one busted defensive play could cost you the game..now not so much.

I love the fact that these idiots think that Muschamp is going to take five steps back career wise and take the Auburn DC job.

I've been told there's mutual interest between Malzahn and Muschamp. Would be a formidable pair on respective sides of ball.

Of course that what simpleton logic will tell you.

I did say last night that Auburn's bid pool for Muschamp increased signficantly last night.

Malzahn would be a bad system for Muschamp to try to resurrect his HC career.

Now maybe if he wants to take his work load down a bit , regress, and just be a DC for awhile. It could work, but Gus and Boom won't mix well.

Muschamp is still a great commodity. But I don't think he wants to return to the circus that is Auburn.

Serious question, when is the last time Auburn had a top offense and top defense? 2004?

Muschamp, Chizik and Rhoads all got HC Jobs within a few years of being a DC at AU. What HC has Saban produced on the Defensive side since he came to Bama ?

Wow, Alabama fans are already scared shitless about the possibility of Muschamp. This is why they are trying to convince themselves it wont happen
