Thing is, if this person were to cause damage then he likely did it before he wrote the letter. Hopefully it's only a joke.
If it isn't joking then at least a state was smart enough to write an anonymous note rather than call in to a radio show using his name

The shitty part is, State has nothing of value to destroy. We can't even get even because they're so terrible.
