With Coach Cam it definitely isn't just Kentucky residents, he is a national fixture. Hell he is the coach to the dominican republic team he probably gets a few of their followers too.

Spend some time with coach, BBN was there before him, and will be there after he is gone.
Midnight Madness was big before Cal got there. Other schools have given up trying to match the madness. LINK
