I see it as violating his freedom to demonstrate his opinions, that would fall under freedom of expression IMO.

The Lesbians should be allowed to picket his farm, call for boycotts, whatever, but for the government to fine him is absolutely wrong.

The Constitution guarantees you the right to express your opinions as you wish. You can, as an individual, freely discriminate against anyone. A business in the market place, however, does not have this right.

How many different ways does it need to be said? Individuals can discriminate. It's your right. Businesses can't. That's the law.
