No individual rights are being violated other than the lesbian couple's civil rights. It's a commercial transaction. How do people getting married violate those owner's freedom of religion in any way?

I see it as violating his freedom to demonstrate his opinions, that would fall under freedom of expression IMO.

The Lesbians should be allowed to picket his farm, call for boycotts, whatever, but for the government to fine him is absolutely wrong.
