Look, it is about their rights as a property owner.
They should be able to make any decision they choose about what happens there, as long as it doesn't endanger the physical safety of other people.

I don't care what you do on your place, why wouldn't you grant me the same respect?

But the gays had their feelings hurt and now the gays can buy a new flat screen TV with their $2000 and the state has $10000 more dollars. So, I guess you didn't think about that.
