Strongly disagree. It isn't going to make them change their views, it's going to embolden them.
I hate bigotry. I also disagree with the lifestyle of homosexiality. But call somebody a fig or have a course word towards homosexuals and you're a ahole in my book. But it's your God given right to be so. But that's all you should be.
Let society and the free market punish those people not the government. It's a lot more fair that way.

And I think that if someone can get away with ignoring the law, they'll be more likely to continue doing so. Humans are selfish by nature and want to have their way. We never quite grow up in that sense. That's why there are laws.
Even in this example, the couple operating the business recognize that the law has precedence. They're considering hiring someone to schedule the weddings so that they won't discriminate under the law but will also not violate their beliefs since they won't be involved with the process. It's a silly, IMO, but effective solution for them.
