Allegedly their B team is the only reason our game was close or something like that.

If so, seems like an issue with coaching philosophy if you're not willing to put away teams you should.

Why risk injury/fatigue with your best players when you can win by two scores with your second team?

The "issue" has worked to perfection so far. We have never been in doubt about the outcome of a game. Do we care about completely shutting out other teams from scoring? Not really. Will we have capable players to rotate in if an injury occurs to one of our 1A players? Definitely. The philosophy has worked perfectly so far as our team has looked like the freshest, most conditioned team in every game this year. I will continue to trust what Collins is doing over what a bunch of posters in the sECrant say any day

I know this may hurt but we never had to keep our 1A players out against Kentucky. In the end you really didn't have a chance to win the game.
