didn't steal from anyone. He didn't rape anyone. He didn't hurt anyone. As far as big picture mistakes a famous 20-year old can make, this is pretty tame.

No it doesn't. But what does is that he KNEW of the consequences yet CONTINUED to do so regardless of the consequences against him or the team. There is a difference.
