Should be comparing to other players this year, who cares compared to past? Not relevant to this year. Historical comparison yes, Heisman this year no.

I am comparing it to recent SEC QB Heisman winners. Seems pretty relevant.

All three of those guys were better than Dak--especially Cam.
Dak is a damned good player, but he isn't carrying his entire offense.
