I am just happy to finally see UAB somewhat competitive at any level. I know this is a troll, but I am very proud of the Blazers. It is hard to have any successful football program at a school that is under the control of the University of Alabama Board of Trustees.
From them not letting UAB hire Jimbo Fisher, to sabotaging any attempts at a new stadium, UAT has gone to great lengths to keep UAB down. UAT would rather play Kent State than keep the money at home instead of scheduling teams like Troy and UAB. All of this animosity just because UAB had a better basketball time for a while and Bryant Jr. has gone out of his way to hurt them.

Bill Clark can flat out coach football. He won't be there long.

I think Arkansas has the same fear of playing Arkansas State. Guess its a good thing because Hugh Freeze and Gus Malzahn would have mopped the floors with the Razorbacks.

This sounds like what Southern Miss fans spew all the damn time at us.

"Y'all are too scared to play us!"

No, we literally gain nothing from playing y'all. If we beat you it's just another day at the office and doesn't help recruiting at all. If we lose it's devastation and y'all gain some recruiting advantages.
