Cant snap the ball if the ref is standing over it, which he was.

if the refs want to review they will. I've literally never seen a bad call not get overturned just because the offense was fast enough. They pull the "we got a page before the play" line.

Usually when a defender's momentum carries him into the endzone they consider it a touchback. Otherwise you'd essentially be rewarding offensive turnovers on a pretty regular basis. DBs catch INTs on the run all the time at the one or two yard line and end up in the endzone.

I got that, but he was fricking around trying to run the clock down. After he caught the ball, he went right to the goal line and jumped back.
