y'all all getting out of shape is hilarious. Little John doesn't take himself seriously, he makes fun music to get "krunk" to. He's an intelligent guy who's exploiting a niche market(what every savvy business man tries to do) and taking what people give him. He's been trolling y'all stiffs for over a decade now... and it's still working!

consider me un-trolled. I know exactly what he is, which is what you said...an (likely, though we may not truly know) intelligent guy who knows the music biz and knows how to exploit it.
Exact same as Larry the cable guy with comedy. You ever seen one of his early year standups? He's just a normal average joe. But he puts on a fake accent and some cutoff sleeves and people give him millions. Why not play it up?
