Wrong and Wrong.

Case 1 - He ran because the refs did not blow the whistle, which is what he is coached to do. And it was not a penalty because he stopped when the whistle was blown.

Case 2 - The Tennessee player was no where near in position to get to the ball. Just decoying, so no penalty.

Time to move on. When it comes to bad calls, you are picking on the wrong team. We have to overcome them in every game.

I have no dog in the fight but you have no clue what the rules are If you run after a fair catch it is a penalty. The refs got in wrong because they said "his momentum" carried him 8 yards forward and caused him to make a few juke moves

This is why you stop after giving the fair catch signal...if you keep running, then you should be fair game to be laid out.

"The penalty for not giving a receiving-team player an unimpeded opportunity to catch the kick, and for contacting a player who has signaled for a fair catch, is 15 yards from the spot of the foul." Subsequently...the person signaling the fair catch isn't allowed to make contact with a punt team player, either.

That means that UT would have gotten the ball around the 25 yard line instead of on the 1 foot line.
