Adrian Peterson, who everyone compared him to upon entering the season, had 600+ rushing yards in his first four games- then ran for 240 the next game against texas.

If you're gonna be striking Heisman poses, you better damn well be running enough to back it up.

Was he averaging more than 7 or 8 rushes a game?

AP got the ball more than 10 carries a game.

Vs. Wisconsin LF had 8 touches, 7 touches vs MSU..


So yea.. About all that..
