Yep, I forget; we were down what? like 15 scholarship players out of a possible 85. And any one of those 15 non-existent players might have made a difference in a super close SECCG with Alabama that season.

We were down to like 68. It was actually ridiculous how good that team was with that self-imposed handicap.
When you sign less players, each loss or bust is more impactful, relatively. It shrinks your margin of error. That is why our attrition seems worse, imo.
