The last time they were unbeaten in Conference play was 1982.

Here's the current streaks for the rest of the SEC. Teams who have already extended their streak this season are indicated by * (last unbeaten conference season in parentheses):

Alabama: 4 (2009)
Arkansas: 26* (1988 in SWC)
Auburn: 3 (2010)
Florida: 17 (1996)
Georgia: 32* (1982)
Kentucky: 37* (1977)
LSU: 2 (2011) [see NOTE below]
Ole Miss: 51 (1962)
MSU: 72 (1941)
Mizzou: 53 (1960 in Big8)
SCarolina: 45* (1969 in ACC)
Tennessee: 15 (1998)
TAMU: 19 (1994 in SWC)
Vandy: n/a (never)

[NOTE: Technically, LSU's BCSCG loss to Alabama in the Sugar Bowl follwing the 2011 season was not an SEC game; however, if it had been, LSU's streak since their last unbeaten season in Conference play would be 43 years, having last gone undefeated in the SEC in 1970.)

8-0 records in regular season SEC play in the divisional era

Alabama 4: 92, 94, 08, 09
Auburn 3: 93, 04, 10
Florida 3: 95, 96, 09
Tennessee 1: 98
LSU 1: 10

Everybody else, you fail.

Never say never

1897 SIAA Champion
1901 SIAA Champion (on loss was out of conference)
1904 team went 8-0-0 and SIAA Championship including :
61 - 0 win against Mississippi State
69 - 0 win against Ole Miss
22 - 0 win against Tennessee
27 - 0 win against Sewanee (no longer in SEC)
1905 SIAA Champion (only loss was to Michigan @ Michigan)
1906 SIAA Champion (only loss was to Michigan @ Michigan)
1907 SIAA Champion (only loss was to Michigan @ Nashville)
1910 SIAA Champion (had a tie with Yale that year)
1911 SIAA Champion (only loss was 1 point loss to Michigan @ Michigan)
1912 SIAA Champion (only loss was 6 point loss @ Harvard)
1915 SIAA Champion
1922 SIAA Champion and SoCon Champion (only blemish was a tie @ Michigan)
The 1922 team was probably the last "great" team at Vanderbilt

1942 and 1943 Vanderbilt went 8-0-1 (tie was with SEC member Sewanee) but did not play full SEC slate due to WWII

Tulane and Georgia Tech leaving in the 1960's meant fewer wins

2012 - damage was limited to just SEC east (beat Auburn and Ole Miss)
2013 - beat Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, and Kentucky all in the same year.

I am not sure about conference games, but if you include all games, Georgia has only had 1 undefeated season since 1946. Another reason they are Underachiever U
