Starting in just a few minutes, Rumlin will spend 30 minutes breaking down our SC win

so far it's just been a big Texas A&M advertisement
Only things interesting were pointing out Howard biting on that route and Mastro not carrying the WR in the seem. I noticed he went out of his way to not explain Watts was the guy who screwed up the 2nd TD. You can tell some guys he's protecting (freshmen) and some he's pretty hard on.

Apparently the TAMU coaches were onto the onside kick attempt.
This coaching staff is on top of their shite

Howard Matthews got roasted in this thing. In his midweek presser Snyder said there will be "continued competition back there" but what I took from that film room is Matthews is very much on the hot seat.
First Sumlin highlighted him on the TD then Snyder blamed him for the throwing lane on the 2nd play of the game which was supposed to be robber.
I'm going to be watching who gets in the rotation at SS this week. I know Honeycutt will play but I don't think Wilson made the trip to SC so I was thinking we might redshirt him.

Yeah, Matthews was the goat of the game to hear the coaches. Not a surprise. His foibles led to half of SC's points, though. And both came on 3rd and long iirc. Inexcusable.

Well, not only that but uninformed commentators were blaming Deshazor. I saw Sumlin pull him aside after the first blown coverage to presumably to tell him it wasn't his fault. Shazor is a great DB and doesn't deserve the blame.

Yeah the announcers knee-jerked big time because they saw DeShazor trailing. Pretty easy to see upon further review that the coverage breakdowns weren't his fault.

Who were the remaining 8?

CGSC, are you in any way related to The Count from Sesame Street? You have this fascinating obsession with counting things. It's often quite helpful but I find it amusing
To help you along on your list - Ivan Robinson and Manning were there for sure. I would imagine we had a complete 2nd team OL as well.
And Snyder said the only guy on D scheduled to play that didn't was Alaka.

It's more like an obsession with solving problems...even if I have to create the problem in my head to solve it.

That makes 64. I already listed 11 offensive linemen (starting 5 + Gennesy, Eluemunor, Compton, Stuckey, Lindblade, and Gustafson)
That still leaves 6 spots. I might guess the Taylors, White, and Jackson, but that still would leave 2 spots open.
We know Harrison, Washington, Ellis, and Harris didn't travel.

Sumlin didn't say Mastro and I just assumed here the Mike was carrying the WR. But looking again, this is actually Hilliard who dropped off as Mastro was blitzing this play. Watts absolutely bailed Hilliard out there.
Found this from an article about Watts that Snyder retweeted from SB Nation. Nice little article btw and even written by a sip I think

Great show. Howard is in a bit of trouble, I'd say.
