I still don't see much difference between this guy and other voters except his view of who the best teams are is completely different from anyone else in the known universe.
His votes reflect his opinion of the best teams from week to week and then he adjusts his poll when proven wrong. A lot of other voters do the same thing

Did you read his explanation of how he votes? If so, what issue do you have? If not, why don't you inform yourself before making definitive statements?

Most other voters are taking the preseason rankings into account, this guy is deliberately not doing that.
