Not really. There are only 2 or 3 options after week 1 (LSU, UGA and aTm) It is a legitimate opinion that he is more than willing to deviate from when more games are played and we have more information.
He votes better than most AP or Coach's poll voters and is willing to move teams up and down drastically based on what happens on the field.

Would add Auburn to that list, too.
AND, it is easier to defend his rankings than a LOT of others I have been seeing.
