Why? Are you buying into the fact that USCe's defense was supposed to somehow be better than last year even with the fact that they lost every starting defensive lineman and linebacker? Or are you buying into the fact that some dude named Hank Hill...sorry Kenny my bad...is the next coming of Jesus Manziel?

I'm not sure that's a thing, honestly.
Though A&M and Auburn are both 1-0 in the SEC. So, by default the rankings are:
#1 - Auburn / Texas A&M
#2 - Everyone else except...
#3 - South Carolina / Arkansas

Week 1 brah, if A&M is legit then they'll more than get their rightful ranking. I don't think the voters have anything against A&M, and they even got a couple of first place votes in the AP Poll.
