Or, show me something that clearly indicates that the capitol and all of the grounds are a memorial dedicated to "whatever" and cannot be used for "whatever" and I will take this into serious consideration. 100% sure you weren't there. Everybody from both schools had a good time, unless I missed something. I had thought the venue was a bad idea, but it was perfect because of the number of USC students it attracted. Impressive and loud showing. Everybody who went I guarantee had a good time.
