Proper way to end the day in the lucky Marietta district after the HOF

Der Biergarten is amazing (ate there today as well).

We went by the CFB HoF this afternoon around 4pm and it wasn't crowded at all. Apparently, everyone showed up before lunch. The Dream Cars exhibit at the High was much more crowded, which was a bit surprising.

EDIT: If you do make the trip, be sure the watch the movie on the second floor. It's shown on a huge stretched movie screen (think IMAX but not as big/vertical). If that video doesn't get you pumped up, you're not a sports fan (good bit of UGA/LSU footage).

Nice! you were probably there the same time we were (biergarten). We went in the HOF at opening and after making our way through it, we had a couple old world of coke tickets that we decided to walk over to use. Ended up at der biergarten around 2-4. The Lucky Marietta district is a blast with all the things to do and eat.

The HOF was certainly not crowded which was a happy surprise to me. They timed it perfectly so that they will be up and running a week before the big kickoff games hit. Great addition to that part of the city.

ETA: how was the dream cars exhibit? I have been really interested in it and i know it is ending soon.

After seeing all the trophies when we walked up the stairs after entering, this was the very next thing we did. I'd heard all about how great it was going in and, dammit, it exceeded expectations. I actually teared up watching it. It is just that awesome.
