10:29 PM EST: So far we have an EPO violated by a guy on heroin, a white guy in the South end has stolen a beer and a pickle from a store, an ice cream truck that was held up twice, and a liquor store robbery that unfortunately has called in the homicide unit.

My GF just texted me that something is going on in downtown Memphis around Beale. All the power is out due to explosions in the ground under the street and fires around the manholes. Speculation that it was done intentionally to blackout the area
