He made a thread comparing LSU/Auburn football/bball coaches and then cries about wanting LSU fans to shut up about Auburn football. So did he expect people not to respond to the topic of the thread?

Motha fricker! LSU ain't no Kentucky! LSU isn't a basketball school plus Calapari isn't coaching in Baton Rouge
Cal kinda sucks as a coach. Signs like 5 5 stars and has 1 NC to show for it.

well they do have the 2nd most SEC basketball titles (Alabama is next closest wit 8 to LSU's 11) and 4 final fours, but ok guy. No they're not a basketball school per se, but they're more of one than the majority of the SEC, especially Auburn.

Yeah the term "obsessed" on this board is pretty silly sometimes, but if there was a real case of obsession on here, it's definitely Garrison's with LSU.
I also lost respect for him when he went MIA after the NCG.

Great recruiter, below average coach. He has one more Final 4 appearance since arriving at Kentucky than Brad Stevens did at Butler despite having better talent than any team in the country.

I was heartbroken after the ncg. I needed to go no contact with this site for about 30 days

It's funny when it's one of their own. If there was a LSU fan who made AU threads on the reg, sported an AU avi/sig, and made these silly same shite-talking threads only to look dumb afterwards, they wouldn't be thinking it was so e-cool.

question
what was more heartbreaking? The NCG loss, or finding out your SO was a cheating on you?

What do we have to do to get you to go no contact here for another 365 days?

North Texas had only been to the NCAA tournament once before Jones got there. He led North Texas to the tournament twice, won 4 conference titles, and for the first time ever put asses in the seats at UNT with an exciting brand of basketball.
His accolades there earned him some serious respect among Texas coaches, which is why LSU has such a great pipeline going with the state. In fact, we're really liking our chances with Elijah Thomas, as he said we're sitting in second place right now.
LSU didn't even have full OOC schedule or roster when he got here.
My point: it's pretty hilarious you're already chalking him up to be "very bad". I'm not saying he's elite, but in his young coaching career he's accomplished some good things. Last year was a little bit of a disappointment, but our two go-to guards were a generous 5'8", and one had serious character issues.
eta: I can't believe I actually responded to another MsGarrison thread. fml and 35-21
