Brother of former Vol basketball player Jarnell Stokes.

Crystal balls rolling in to VOLS today.
Top 10 overall in his class in basketball by at least one service.
And a composite 5* in football as a DE.
Can anyone remember another guy who was a 5* in both sports?
Will be very interesting what he does/what choices he makes. My guess is he chooses basketball like his brother.

Terrelle Pryor. Allen Iverson and Ronald Curry were both rated as the top player in the country in both football and basketball, but that was before star ratings. At least I know Ronald Curry was, not totally sure about Iverson, but he was better than Curry at both so it's safe to assume he would have been at least a 5*.
I would think he'll choose basketball. More money, longer career, better health, etc.

Wow, state of Tennessee has 3 5* for 2017 class. They weren't kidding when they said middle TN area is turning into a hotbed.

I wonder what Charlie Ward would've been.

Big Baby could have gone either way (and he's certainly built like a football player), but he was adamant about basketball. Don't remember if he was even ranked 3 stars for football, but Saban really wanted him.

I imagine he will end up as a future in Bball. He could do both sports in college for the Vols but if he is good enough a bball career could come earlier.
