So are you saying that if we win the East again this year, we have the right to be cocky?

Or will you be part of the old guard that will maintain that, injuries, scheduling and luck made the stars align once again?

In some year, all that does happen. It's happened to most of us at some point or another. Wouldn't you rather beat everyone at their best? Sure, you'll take the wins as will anyone but it's much sweeter, IN MY OPINION, to take everyone down at full force.

I'm not sure why you guys have so much trouble with folks pointing out facts about last season. Mizz won the East title during UTs worst run ever, a UG season where the offense was decimated with injuries and a UF season with no offense, a 4th string QB and 70 starts missed due to injuries. Those are just facts. Mizz may have won anyway last year had those facts not existed. We'll never know.

Congrats on the East title and hang that banner with pride.

Well considering the competition in some games is a play or two, YES, a little luck along with a more favorable schedule, sometimes laughable easy schedule gives you the edge you need to win. If you don't know that by now in the SEC you have had your head in the sand!!!
