Who here thinks Auburn is overrated?

I just don't get all the hype. They could have easily been a 4 loss team last year. LSU was a good, not great, team last year and handled them with relative ease. Sorry Aubs, not trying flame just stating facts.

I'm guessing just about everyone except auburn fans. And with the way you guys predicted the events of last year auburn might be right to worry if you guys think they are overrated

How do you explain Auburn getting better each game, and playing LSU early in the season? Nick Marshall threw 34 passes that game.

I agree. LSU beating Auburn early in the season and at home is more telling than Auburn's path of destruction later in the year and embarrassing narrow loss to FSU for the title.

As defending conference champs, they are appropriately rated until put on their arse.

I remember Miami fans praising Coker a lot early on and of course Auburn fans said Gene was gonna take over the SEC after he did what Gus couldn't even do by winning a national title.

We wont be a better team in the second year of both offensive and defensive coordinators.
Our Qb wont improve from year one to year two.
We have zero depth at any position.
We havent recruited well in the past five years.
We have a high school coach who runs a gimmicky offense that everyone will be able to figure out.
We were lucky to lead the Nation in rushing last year
Our luck has run out
We should have lost at least four last year
That should cover it
