If we know how to "reach" the Taliban Officials, then why can't we just find them and kill them off? Those effing cowards.

We've got to bomb the fight out of them like Japan.

Of course given the geography it will never happen.

the whole article is poorly worded. in the lead it says "killing a U.S. general officer, and wounding 15 people, among them a German brigadier general"

not sure what the frick they are trying to say

After 9/11 that's not realistic. The Tabliban were harboring those who attacked us. There's a message should be sent.

agreed, Iraq was the step we shouldn't have taken. We also shouldn't have taken so long on the rebuild. We should have went scorched earth on them

Yea, the title of the article said US general. I found another article that said it was a two star major general and this is the first time it has happened since Vietnam. IDK. Here is another link LINK

My issue with Iraq is once you make the mistake and jump in, it's got to be a long term occupation and security support type situation. If not you get a power vacuum. See ISIS. Also, Lybia.

America doesn't know how to properly execute a war anymore thanks to liberal politicians. If we let the armed forces loose then this wouldn't happen and we would own a shite ton of land
