Auburn cornerback Jonathon Mincy has entered a pre-trial diversion program for his arrest for possession of marijuana.

How much did he have on him?

Good for him. Once he completes the program it will be like he was never arrested

Now we just have to get the cop that arrested him kicked off of the force.

He earned his way back on the team IMO. He should start.

They need to hurry up and legalize weed everywhere, this state needs to look at how much Colorado is banking off it. Prohibition didn't work, and trying to keep weed away from the masses hasn't worked out either.

All this means is:
1. he went to court with his lawyer.
2. lawyer got the paperwork for the diversion program.
3. Mincy got told he had X weeks to complete the classes, fine, whatever.
4. has to return to court clerk to show proof of completion.
5. No extensions. If incomplete, see you in court for criminal prosecution.
6. Court will take 90-120 days thereafter to clear his record administratively if he does his work.
meantime Gus and the S&C coach own his arse.
