Well I guess it's especially tragic as she was white, cute, and blonde, yeah?
What was the drug? If she spent 2 days in jail for a comparable weed offense I'd be stunned. But I'm guessing it wasn't weed.

$1000 is the MAXIMUM fine for possession of 1 ounce or less in Georgia. Your bullshite story lacking in specific fact doesn't change the law.
Had Nick wanted to fight this, he could have likely gotten the charge dropped after completing a diversion program.

Do you have her police report? How much was in the "tiny bag"? Did she have priors? Was she charged with something else along with possession?
Your example is not valid because you have no facts to back it up. And if you think that the police go easier on young black males with weed as opposed to "cute blonde girls" you are dumber than I thought.
