That simply isn't true. If you can name a situation where a person who was truly a bad guy was allowed to stay, I'm all ears.

I don't think Marshall is a low character guy. I think he's in need of a maturity boost and made a dumb decision, but he strikes me as the type of kid that still probably feels pretty low for letting his coaches and teammates down. I'd rather have him, petty offense and all, than someone who didn't get in trouble but who is a shitty human being.
