The actual funny part is that it isn't just us. Whenever a recruit or current UGA player gets arrested or booted from the team, every single football fan has that same exact thought.

You should realize that when it reaches these proportions, it isn't really just a stupid joke anymore. Picking up other's criminal cast-offs is literally what your school is best known for. Auburn's claim to fame. Congrats.

You're trying too hard here, guys.

Everyone knows that the thing UGA is best known for is Mark Richt underachieving. Thanks for playing, though.

Is this the term of the week or something? What in the frick would anyone possibly know about the "culture" of UGA football outside of the players and staff that are actually involved with it? It's as baseless as me saying that the "culture" of Auburn is to cheat, spend, and scrape the bottom of the barrel for troubled kids that can be used and disposed of. It's a cute sounding sweeping generalization, but that's all it is. It worries me that some folks actually buy in and believe in that made-up "culture" about a program (both fans and rivals).

ETA: I'm not saying don't nitpick and make fun of other programs (that's what we do), but you may need to step back and reassess things if you find yourself actually believing a lot of the junk that's out there.
