he only won the championship because of saban's players. That's a fact.
3 in a row.
Saban loves us more, you guys need to get over it.
21-0

if you're referring to irrelevant and ignorant talking points that always come up in these types of threads, then yes, you covered most of them

That is precisely what I was referring to.

You know, you Bama fans can still be good Bama fans and acknowledge what McElroy said was totally asinine. You don't have to defend everything one of your aluums does or says. It just makes you sound like an idiot.
Using McElroy's logic, Saban doesn't deserve any more credit than Miles does. It was DiNardo that got the ball rolling into turing LSU from the trashheap of Archer and Curley into a modern day SEC powerhouse. His problem was he couldn't coach football. But DiNardo got it going, Saban focused it, and Miles turned it into a perenial powerhouse of college football. But DiNardo and Saban made their contributions way in the past. It took Miles to make what they started happen on a season by season basis.

Let me break it down for you in simple terms. LSU will never win another national championship with les miles as the head coach. I will take a ban bet on that with anyone who wants some.
It's over guys, you had a decent run, but it's over.

For whatever it's worth, I said McElroy's comments were stupid. BUT LSU fans are doing the same thing. Les Miles has heard this for years, why all of a sudden was he mad at Greg? Why are LSU fans all defensive of Les? Les sounds like, to me, that he let a media member rustle them jimmies and Les snapped, on national TV.
Both are wrong to do what they did. If you're Greg though, it benefits him since he's a media member.
ETA: Anyone got a damn link to this clip?

i'll take that bet if there's an alabama fan with a higher post count than yours that wants to take it. Or if you can find another alabama fan with between 5k and 10k posts that wants to take it with you and make it 2 on 1.

For Nick's sake (and health), he better win another one in the next few years.

Over indeed, thus why you see these type threads pop up. It's envy, be flattered like I. You don't see these type threads about Vandy do ya?

I could care less what bama ranters here have to say bout GM: the look on his face said it all. Priceless as the saying goes. I just have the feeling that the bama in him is going to come out more & more.

You might be the most rustled one in this thread.

so you're saying we wish we had an alumnus that makes an arse out of himself publicly?

Please don't. I like your posts and don't really know vuvuzela (sp?). I like your optimism about LSU but I think Bama just has there number this year. Kinda like the Saints have ATL's. I hate to admit it but it doesn't make it less factual.

How do you feel about the 3 Bama fans that started the threads about Mett all withing second of each other?

I'm saying this thread wouldn't be here if he had said it to a former Vandy QB.
